£25,000 - £40,000 DOE
A highly attractive opportunity for a talented Conveyancer has been created within the residential property team of a highly regarded law firm. This newly created position will allow you to develop and handle your own caseload of registered and unregistered freehold and leasehold sales, purchases and re-mortgages. You will have autonomy within the role to make decisions and develop new processes that will improve business efficiency.
This is an ideal opportunity for a Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, or experienced Paralegal to take the next step of their career within a team of specialists
Skills and Responsibilities:
You will have a strong experience of dealing with conveyancing matters of varying value and complexity
Have a good working knowledge of land law
Possess excellent client care and communication skills
Have previous experience of handling a large caseload of matters using a Case Management System
Be a team player and be able to get along with others
Enjoy working in a culture that is highly focused but friendly and supportive
Be highly motivated and have the ability to genuinely add value to the role
