Residential Conveyancer

A Residential Conveyancer is sought to join a leading regional law firm in Dudley. Salary is up to £26K dependant on experience.

Our client, a market leader in Residential Conveyancing, with a team of experienced property professionals. They provide an exceptional service focusing on the needs of the individual client.

The department consists of 1 Director, 1 Head of Conveyancing, 3 conveyancers, 1 trainee Solicitor as well as secretarial support.

You will be working in a busy, friendly office dealing with your own caseload of sales and purchase files from start to finish,freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgage transactions and Transfer of Equity files.

My Client are flexible in terms of the level of applicant as they will consider Solicitors, Fee Earners, Legal Executives and Paralegals who have at least 2 years experience managing a caseload of Residential files from start to finish
