A highly rated multi office law firm with offices close to Macclesfield is on the lookout for a skilled and ambitious all round residential conveyancing lawyer to fit into their property team.
The property team receives a very healthy flow of work from referrers, direct marketing and cross selling from other departments and is flourishing to the extent that they have the capacity to take on a skilled property lawyer with at least 3 years' experience of good quality conveyancing work.
Experience of high net worth sales/purchase and lease extensions would welcomed although any technically proficient residential property lawyers with a track record of providing good quality client orientated advice are invited to apply.
What's on offer
Salary for the role is between £28,000 and £35,000 and all levels experience (qualified and non-qualified) will be considered provided they fulfil the above criteria.
