Residential Conveyancer

My client is a market leading firm with an excellent reputation and offices across the South West. Due to continued growth they are looking for a nexperienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner/Solicitor to join their vibrant team in Bristol.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced conveyancer, with the ability to deliver over budgets. Acting as principal case handler of all transactions allocated, you will be expected to deliver the highest possible legal and service standards. You will be expected to maximise profit for the company, and to engage in the management process and support the firms marketing campaigns; to build relationships with the firms introducers and clients and to encourage the referral of further business to the firm.

Applications are being accepted from candidates with a minimum of 2 years experience working as a conveyancer in a similar role. You will be able to demonstrate effective verbal communication skills and an ability to communicate clearly in writing. You will also demonstrate good customer service skills and have experience of using a case management system or equivalent data base.
