We are working with an excellent award winning regional practice providing a full service offering to its clientele locally, regionally and internationally. They have a very well established reputation and work with high profile clientele within the business community and provide a very client focused and personal offering to all individuals they act on behalf of. They have a very well established property team with very good ties to the local community and the wider Hampshire area.

We are seeking to appoint an experienced residential property solicitor / licensed conveyancer with broad experience of all residential matters and sound capability of running your own files in a fast paced and efficient team. The team provide advice and deal with all matters including sale and purchases, freehold and leasehold, buy to let, property ownership arrangements, re-mortgages, equity release, shared ownership, new builds, lease extensions, help to buy, transfer of equity and tenancy agreements.

If you enjoy working as a part small team where everyone genuinely supports each other with the client in mind then this could be a great opportunity for you. With no shortage of work and a broad caseload you will be able to further strengthen your professional experience and make good use of that by supporting more junior colleagues with the potential to take on a more senior role of leadership over time.
