Residential Conveyancer

My client is a prominent, regional law law firm with an excellent reputation are looking to recruit a qualified Residential Conveyancer to join their highly successful, fast-paced property department at Letchworth, Hertfordshire. Salary will be offered at market rate and is dependent on experience.

The chosen Residential Conveyancer will assist the Head of Property with her ever increasing residential property workload with a view to taking on increasing levels of responsibility and running files with autonomy. The successful candidate will need to become fully immersed in all departmental marketing and business development initiatives and have real drive to make his or her own name in the local market.

The ideal candidate will be able to take on full responsibility for their own case load, although support will always be available. You will have experience in Freehold Sales and Purchases.
