Residential Conveyancer , West Midlands
Firm with a noted reputation for their residential conveyancing services across the Staffordshire and West Midlands corridors are now looking to appoint a residential conveyancer to handle a busy caseload of traditional sales and purchase matters. Also a smattering of new build matters and panel work.
You should be capable of running a small but busy department and you will have the help of a paralegal and secretary.
This immediate start position offers career progression opportunities and a chance to make your on mark with the local client base.
Ideally you'll be a qualified residential conveyancer, licensed conveyancer or ILEX with at least 5 years PQE within a comparable busy team that specialises in traditional sales and purchase however all levels of good experience will be considered.
90% of the time you would be fee earning the rest would incorporate managerial duties - giving gentle supervision of junior members of staff.

There are some firms where the most important connection is with the agent. Not the case here. The client is king and the firm has an excellent reputation locally given their level of service to the public.
Relocators will be considered however you must be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the area.
