This firm holds the Law Society’s Conveyancing Panel accreditation alongside other memberships including Family law and Resolution.
This client is looking for a candidate with experience of managing a Residential Property caseload including: SDLT, Freehold, Leasehold, Sales & Purchase, Transfers of Equity and New Build. Depending upon experience the salary for this position is between £27,000-£35,000, plus bonus and benefits.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Conveyancer to drive a growing business forward whilst also developing and progressing their career through management opportunities or taking on a more technical caseload.
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience managing their own Residential Property caseload.
- Good client care skills, provide professional and competent legal advice in accordance with SRA Code of conduct.
- Strong IT skills.
- Effective business development skills with proven marketing strategies.
- Capability to generate fees in accordance with agreed targets.
