Residential Conveyancer


£30,000 - £40,000 DOE

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a national Legal 500 law firm and their specialist Conveyancing Department based in the heart of Bath.

We are looking for a robust, motivated and client-focused Conveyancer who is hungry for progression. You will be dealing with a wide spectrum of residential property matters and managing an active portfolio from initial instruction through to completion.

The right candidate will ideally have some conveyancing experience and will be qualified as a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer.

In return, the firm can offer an existing caseload to work on, strong support from an Assistant and the chance to genuinely build your own desk.


Handle a full caseload of registered and unregistered freehold and leasehold matters in respect of sales, purchases, re-mortgages or transfers of equity

Build strong relationships with clients and intermediaries, becoming involved in marketing and business development opportunities


Have a good working knowledge of residential conveyancing practices

Possess excellent client care and communication skills

Have previous experience of handling a large caseload of matters using a Case Management System

Enjoy working in a culture that is highly focused but friendly and supportive
