Residential Conveyancer / Paralegal

An ambitious Residential Conveyancer / Paralegal is required for a well regarded growing high street firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Paralegal looking to take the next steps to manage their own caseload of files or for a Residential Conveyancer that is looking to join a firm which is not highly target driven. Salary is up to £30K dependant on experience.

The Residential Conveyancing Department consists of 4 fee earners, 3 Legal Secretaries and 1 Admin Support

You should be a highly driven and ambitious Residential Conveyancing professional. Ideally you will have a minimum 1 years experience within Residential Conveyancing position. It is essential that you are knowledgeable of the full process within Conveyancing. You should also have experience in using a case management system.
