Residential Conveyancer - Cardiff - Up to £30,000

A leading firm with a focus upon the conveyancing sector are now looking to strengthen their robust Residential Property team in the Cardiff office. You will joining a firm that have a clear passion for all things conveyancing related and will be offered progression and career development.

Responsibilities:

Run a high caseload and perform a full range of tasks unsupervised

Act independently when establishing priorities and managing deadlines

Communicate, build and utilize relationships, with clients and third parties in a professional and knowledgeable manner

Types of transactions to include:- Purchases, Sales, Remortgages, Auctions, New Build, Right to Buy , Help to Buy , Shared Ownership , Transfer of Equity , Lease Extensions , Deeds of Variation

Skills:

Experience of working within a high volume residential conveyancing environment

Ability to resolve complex and technical queries involving for example, Deeds of Trust, Deeds of Variation, Lease extensions etc raised by team members, colleagues, both Onshore and Offshore, and third parties

Synonyms: Property Lawyer, Residential Property Solicitor, Conveyancer, Conveyancing Fee Earner, Licensed Conveyancer
