The Role

As a Conveyancing Partner, you’ll take strategic and operational responsibility for a residential property practice, combining fee-earning with leadership, business development, and team growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and developing a residential conveyancing team
• Managing and growing a high-quality residential property caseload
• Driving business development, client relationships, and referrer networks
• Playing a key role in the firm’s wider growth strategy and regional expansion
• Supervising, mentoring, and developing solicitors and support staff
• Contributing to process improvement, innovation, and best practice across the firm

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with significant experience in residential conveyancing
• Currently a Partner, Legal Director, or senior solicitor with a strong following
• Demonstrable track record of business development and client generation
• Strong leadership skills with experience building and managing teams
• Commercially minded with a strategic approach to practice growth
• Ambitious, collaborative, and aligned with a modern, growth-focused firm
