Residential & Commercial Property Fee Earner

A good sized regional firm with multiple offices across the North West is looking for a conveyancing fee earner or solicitor to join the Bolton office.
A well-known multi-service firm with a good reputation, this is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancer with both commercial and residential experience to join a practice which offers great scope for personal and professional development, and which offers market leading salaries.
The role will involve handling a full case load of residential files, predominantly sales and purchase, as well as taking on some commercial work. The ideal candidate will be well versed in both residential and commercial property files, and be confident enough to take on the commercial work with minimal supervision whilst sitting within the residential department. You will have at least three years' experience, however applications from more senior candidates will be welcome.
This is a fantastic mixed role which offers strong progression within a leading regional practice.
