Opportunities for qualified or experienced nannies, university students or similar with relevant childcare experience eg: Teacher training students

Holiday camp supervisors to provide childcare & overnight supervision for equestrian holidays for children aged 7-16 years

Key responsibilities:

  • Supervision of children
  • Dispensing of medication when needed
  • Providing a safe environment
  • Follow all safety procedures
  • To act as a point of reference for parents
  • Ensure all children maintain a standard of hygiene
  • Ensure all children follow the daily routine of the holiday camp
  • To maintain clear communication with the holiday administrator, instructors & other members of staff

  • Compassionate
  • A good team player

Qualifications required:

  • Relevant first aid (essential)
  • Child Safe Guarding Training (essential)
  • Enhanced DBS, current & ideally on the update service (essential)
  • Non smoker (essential)
  • Ideally car driver & owner as remote location
  • Love of the countryside
  • Must like horses although equestrian knowledge is not needed

Working hours & days:

  • Sundays - 3pm - 10pm
  • Monday - Friday - 7am - 9am & 5pm - 10pm
  • Saturday - 7am - 11am
  • Will always be required to sleep over in the cabin every night with the children, you may have to get up to attend to an unwell or homesick child

Required 24th - 30th June

Full board, breakfast & evening meal is provided. Use of the clubhouse during the day with Wifi

£ 600.00 gross per week
