I am currently working with a well-established and multi service Law Firm. Due to expansion, the Firm is now looking to recruit a Residential and Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Firm on a permanent full-time basis; gaining more experience as a Solicitor and to be based in their London office.
The Residential and Commercial Property Solicitor must be able to handle Commercial and Residential matters from start to finish; perhaps even possessing experience in Development, Landlord and Tenant and Re-finance/Security work. The role will require the Solicitor to manage a busy, interesting and varied caseload of files including high net worth properties, dealing with a variety of good quality clients with some complex and high quality work.
The Residential and Commercial Property Solicitor must also take a highly organised approach to managing their caseload; also having significant experience of handling all aspects of Conveyancing work as well as being comfortable providing this service.
The Solicitor must be technically strong with an eye for detail, a strong communicator with excellent client care skills. This happens to be a great opportunity for a qualified individual to progress their career as a Residential and Commercial Property Solicitor.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Able to handle Commercial and Residential matters from start to finish
• At least 3 years experience in a similar role
• Significant experience of handling all aspects of Conveyancing work
• Strong communicator with excellent client care skills
• Location: Blackheath, London
• Salary range (DOE): £30,000 – £60,000
• Job type: Permanent
