Residential and Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor 4 years+ PQE

We are currently recruiting for an up and coming Legal firm that is thriving in its area of expertise. The firm is dynamic and is really well established within its niche. This is a small firm, with a great reputation in its field and they want to recruit someone that really wants to go places.

They are looking to recruit an experienced Solicitor (4 years+ PQE) that will act as a central Legal point to the whole firm and join this expanding team based near Reading, Berkshire (which is commutable from Bracknell, Maidenhead, Henley-on-Thames, High Wycombe, Maidenhead, Oxford, Buckinghamshire & Oxfordshire).

THE ROLE:

This proactive, commercial and ambitious firm offers an experienced and knowledgeable Solicitor a genuine opportunity to progress and make real impact within a firm. You will be handling a variety of matters including:

- County Court judgements,

- Section 146s,

- Possessions,

- Breach of Leases,

- Dispute Resolutions,

- Lease extensions,

- Rights to manage and

- Appeals.

So a thorough understanding of the freeholder and leaseholder relationship is key!

The ideal Solicitor will have the following skills / attributes:

- Understand Service charge recovery,

- Have block management experience

- A really thorough understanding of the Civil Litigation process.

- Understand Property Litigation

- Understand both Residential and Commercial Litigation.

The role requires someone who is a quick thinker and someone who wants to find a solution!

Our client is looking for the right candidate and is open to interviewing someone at short notice.
