Our Property Maintenance team have a vacancy for a Resident Liaison Officer. Reporting into the Senior Building Surveyor the purpose of the role is to deliver maintenance services to buildings in a way that is customer focused and offers value for money.
We are looking for a customer focused person who can ensure that all customer queries regarding complex Property Maintenance issues are dealt with effectively and reach a positive conclusion.
This will involve focusing on the customer journey during turbulent times such as property decants, disrepair cases and complaints. The ideal candidate will have the following skills, qualifications and experience:
- Fantastic customer skills.
- Adept in dealing with customers during stressful situation.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Highly organised.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of contract management.
- Managing the delivery of responsive repairs in residential properties.
