Customer Liaison Manager - Leicestershire

Excellent opportunity for a Customer facing individual to transfer knowledge of the housing sector into working for a National developer.

Salary: £32,000 basic + Car or Allowance + Package
Location: Leicestershire - Covering new build development around the County

Contract: Permanent Monday to Friday

Role Description - Customer Liaison Manager
Following an increase in live projects, my client is looking at developing and growing the current Customer Service team. Focusing on the period from when the sale is made to the first 30 days of the customer moving into their new property.

You will be required to deal with each new house owner. Going out to the development to speak with the site team, getting a timeline for the house sale through to the customer moving in date and keeping the customer informed every step of the process.

After the customers have moved into their new homes you will keep regular contact ensuring all issues are dealt with in a timely manner. As the Customer Liaison Manager, you will hand over queries to the internal customer team.

The Customer Liaison Manager, on larger issues you will liaise with the site team, communicating the faults and delays to the customer. As the sites are based across the East Midlands Midlands region with you covering the Leicestershire and the surrounding areas and travel across the region to each development as required.

Required Experience
As the Customer Liaison Manager, you will need to come from a Customer Service background and have worked in the Housing sector at some point. Understanding what happens on a site and understanding the Site/build process and able to communicate across all levels from Customer to Site and internal management.

Qualifications are not important as proven Customer services experience with housing knowledge is more important.
