Reservations Manager - Godalming - £30k - £35k
We are delighted to be recruiting for our client for a Reservations Manager for a leading travel group.
You will be managing up to 4 Team Leaders who manage their team of reservation agents.
Your role will be to manage the day to day running and motivation of the Reservations team leaders to achieve optimum sales performance through market-leading guest and agent customer service.
You’ll provide the team leadership, structure and knowledge to ensure they are true 'specialists’ and "move from "Good to Great" in everything they do, ensuring your team leaders and staff live and breathe this ethos.
Your role will involve coaching, 1-2-1’s, appraisals, meetings, addressing pain points and looking at improvements.
• A strong leader, with excellent people and communication skills
• A proven record leading teams / coaching & developing
• Experiencing setting, managing and exceeding goals & objectives
• Experience of sales and service, ideally in the travel industry and or call centres
• Familiar with telephony systems + other technologies
Working Hours: full-time, permanent. Normally 9.00-5.30pm / 9.30-6.00pm, but the role also involves working outside normal office hours from time to time as busy periods may require.
