Reservations Consultant - Full Time (40 hrs per week)

At Champneys Health resort, we are now looking for a team member to join our reservations team, looking after our resorts and day spa’s.
As a reservation consultant you play a vital role in the success of our innovative and forward thinking business by generating revenue, making bookings and organising treatments over the phone.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our high energy contact centre team who pride themselves in delivering a fantastic guest experience in a friendly and engaging way.
You will be the first point of contact for our prospective customers, ensuring you are using great customer service and sales techniques to convert enquires in to bookings.
This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication and teamwork skills. You will have a pleasant telephone manner, great communication skills both written and verbal, and be confident with computer work.
Previous experience working in a customer focused sales roles, however, we will consider those that have not worked in a call centre before.
