Our Client has an exciting opportunity for a Reservations and Revenue Executive to join them at their brand new site in Manchester where you will be responsible for processing new bookings and handling payments. This is a permanent, full time position.
Within the role you will provide an excellent reservations service to customers and bookers, maximising revenue and occupancy whilst ensuring the highest possible levels of customer service. Identifying customer needs and converting enquiries into bookings, you will build appropriate relationships with customers and bookers which encourage rebooking and using Locke as a preferred supplier.
They are looking for someone who is customer focused and has a high attention to detail. Full training will be given, but you will need to be proficient with IT systems and software (particularly Microsoft office) and will have good telephone skills.
Previous experience in a customer focussed role is needed; you will also be a team player who is able to prioritise and plan your workload and who has an enthusiasm and self-motivation for what you do!
Whilst the main working hours for the role are Monday - Friday, a level of flexibility is required as you may need to meet and greet guests at weekend functions when necessary.
