We are recruiting for a part time (30 hours per week) Reservationist/Events Co-ordinator within this 57 bedroomed, 4 star country house hotel.
You will maintain all administration systems and procedures in the Revenue Office to include logging of enquiries, chase, follow up & invoice/credit procedural standards. Ensuring all events are issued with the company contract and terms and conditions.
You will liaise with the operations team to ensure a seamless transition of information from the Revenue Office to Operations.
Competencies of a Reservationist/Events Co-ordinator:
- You must be passionate about ensuring every event is a success and creates fantastic memories for our guests whilst demonstrating a thorough knowledge of hotel products and services.
- The ability to establish rapport and deliver high standards of service with a genuine and approachable manner is essential.
- The ability to develop internal relationships with all departments and external customer relationships showing flexibility in a prompt and helpful manner.
