Our Client based in Ipswich is currently seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual to join their friendly and expanding Reservations team.

The successful applicant will have strong communication skills, a confident telephone manner and have the ability to build effective working relationships.

The role will include:

  • Handle incoming requests via telephone, email and fax to the highest standard
  • Assist clients in making an informed decision by negotiating the best prices, value and terms based on the options you provide
  • Ensure documents are maintained and filed appropriately
  • Keep up to date with changes in the industry and potential sales opportunities
