Temporary Researcher job based in Cardiff

You will be working for a reputable public sector organisation based in Cardiff.
Your new role
You will be responsible for translating information into research questions. You will contribute to the development of new and innovative solutions. You will undertake literature searches and evidence reviews. You will be providing advice on research methods, use and analysis of data to colleagues and partner agencies. You will be providing advice on research funding opportunities. You will write research reports, assessments and other papers as and when required. You will be liaising with stakeholders at all levels, internally and externally. You will undertake complex data collection and analysis relating to the project. You will undertake any other research duties as and when required.
What you'll need to succeed
You will possess a PhD or Masters with a strong research aspect. You will have experience of undertaking quantitative and qualitative research methods. You will possess strong communication skills, written and verbal. You will be highly organised with great attention to detail. You will be competent in IT including Microsoft Office. You will possess previous research experience preferably in a health related environment.
What you'll get in return
You will be paid £16.98 per hour and work 37.5 hours Monday to Friday. This is a temporary assignment initially for 8 - 12 weeks with possible extension.
