Researcher Vacancy | Public Body Organisation | £14.50 p/h | 4 month temporary role | Wrexham Technology Park

Your new body is a Public sector organisation who's aim it is to better the health and lives of the general public through their research and projects.

Your new role
Your new role will be to provide expertise in literature review and epidemiology to draw on evidence to develop a report to inform the development of a new up and coming project. Your report will focus on identifying factors driving winter related morbidity and mortality in the local area and what interventions are likely to provide the greatest health benefits in relation to this.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will need experience in conducting research in a field related to public health, and experience of working with both qualitative and quantitative research including data collection, analysis and synthesis. You must also have the ability to analyse and interpret different forms of data using a variety of software packages. The role would require someone who is educated to degree level.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive an initial 4 month contract on an hourly rate of £14.50 with the opportunity to get involved with a research project effecting the lives of the general public and with your influence you will have the ability to implement change from the data analysis.
