We are looking for a Researcher to join our successful Cardiff office and work on executive search assignments across the Private and Public sectors.

The role of a Researcher

The role of a Researcher is to identify, contact and engage with potential new hires for our clients. To do this effectively, we need to understand the client organisation and needs, before mapping out the individuals in relevant companies, identifying and approaching those who have the right experience and assessing their interest and suitability for the role. It is a demanding role that requires persistence, personal accountability and creativity. It offers experience not only of working within the UK’s number one executive search firm but also exposure and fast track learning about a huge diversity of organisations, sectors and functions and about how Wales works. Essential requirements are to:

  • Work well under pressure and deliver high quality research
  • Have outstanding communication skills
  • Apply a methodical approach and have excellent attention to detail
  • Be tenacious, creative and have personal accountability
  • Possess a real passion for business related current affairs
Remuneration

A highly competitive base salary plus a benefits package and discretionary bonus.
