As a Technology Researcher you will be responsible for supporting Consultants in developing their knowledge around both candidates and clients. You will network with industry sources, map target companies, long-list, short-list and develop knowledge of how clients operate. You will source and contact potential candidates, managing the database when necessary. You will also assist in the mentoring of Junior Researchers.
The ideal candidate for this Researcher role will have at least a years' experience in a previous Researcher/Recruitment role, be able to demonstrate a proven track record of academic achievements from a professional background, be highly confident in your communication skills, both written and verbal, and be exceptionally organised.
