Working for a prestigious and high profile individual in the heart of Westminster.
What will you be doing?
In this role you will need to research and draft engagement and meeting briefs for a high profile individual. You will be researching topics of interest to the individual and preparing briefing notes as required as well as drafting speaking notes and speeches.
Other tasks will include managing social media accounts, providing administrative support and compiling and circulating a weekly briefing.
You will need experience in conducting background research and drafting briefing memos as well as working for a public figure or high profile organisation. Experience in drafting speaking notes and speeches is desired but not essential awareness of local, regional and national issues and of of social media channels and trends. Must have advanced IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Access.
