REPROGRAPHICS AND RETAIL ASSISTANT (PART TIME)
About Our Client
Our client is Hinckley’s premier choice for all business needs. Acquired in 1993 our client began in Castle Street under its present ownership in an upstairs office above its current location. Starting out at acquisition with analogue photocopiers, a dyeline plan printer and first generation Apple Mac, our client now boasts modern day digital copiers (both black and white and colour) and large format scanning and printing equipment, all based within a high spec PC environment.
Our client is now capable of doing so much more than basic copying, such as booklet making, photographic enlargements, colour flyers/leaflets, P.O.S. material, business cards and stationery, CAD plots, posters, OS maps and plans, and more; and can handle and output to all types of media - hard copy, disk, memory stick, flash drive, e-mail.
The position involves;
Email, fax, contact customers by telephone and answering any customer queries
Word processing / Desk Top Publishing
Technical tasks (scanning and OS mapping)
Large format printing
Stock control / general duties
Hours of work – 13.00-17.00
The Successful Applicant will have:
- Have excellent customer service skills
- IT skills
- Able to prioritise and have excellent time management
- Be flexible and hardworking
- Have cash handling experience in a Retail environment
- Word processing, touch typing and desk top publishing
What’s on Offer
£7.50 per hour (increase to £7.83 per hour effective 01/04/18), Temp to permanent position after 12 weeks.
