Reporting Analyst

We are recruiting for a Reporting Analyst to manage and maintain our clients business critical reporting systems. Working for this global electronics organisation, the role of the Reporting Analyst will be a full-time position, for a 6-9 month maternity contract position, with an ASAP start. The main duties will include;

  • Collating and managing sell out data from key distribution and retail partners
  • Distributing sell out reporting to business operations and data teams
  • Retrieving, analysing and processing all inventory reporting from business partners
  • Optimising business information flow between key stakeholders across Product, Sales, Operations and Finance business units
  • Managing relationships with key business insight partners
  • Supporting Product Business Unit teams with market analysis and management of 3rd Party business insight relationships
  • Maintaining customer databases - new customer creation, data cleansing and customer mapping for internal and external databases
  • Reporting on sales, customer activity etc

We are looking for candidates who have ;

  • Relevant business reporting, analysis and database management experience
  • A good knowledge and understanding of retail or FMCG markets and/or supply chain
  • Experience of working within a technology based company (preferred not essential)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including the ability to create reports and workbooks using complex formulas
  • A strong Business and Commercial Acumen
  • Experience of working in a high paced environment.
