Repairs Scheduler needed to work a temporary to permanent contract in Bristol

You will be joining a well established housing association in Bristol, providing support and housing related services to a wide range of service users. Your new role
As a repairs officer you will be working on an ongoing temporary, part time (25 hours per week) - this is with a potential to go full time after a number of weeks, contract in Bristol. You will be first point of contact for any tenant queries in regards to their repairs. As a repairs scheduler you will be liaising with tenants, booking in repairs with contractors and preparing tenants on works that may be carried out. As a repairs scheduler you will be first point of contact for any tenants queries in regards to their tenancy, repairs and housing works. You will ensure all complaints and incidents of work to be carried out are dealt with in accordance to policies and procedures. As a repairs scheduler will provide responsive presence and access for tenants as well as be proactive in regards to any complaints or issues when necessary. As a repairs scheduler you will work with the property department to report and facilitate repairs and maintenance work when necessary.
What you'll need to succeed
To be a successful repairs scheduler you must have strong communication skills. You must be proactive and have excellent communication skills. Previous experience in a repairs role or housing role is essential. You must have strong knowledge within the housing sector and have the ability to provide advice when necessary.
