Our client is looking for a Repairs Officer to join their office based in West London.
Your responsibilities would include, and not be limited to:
• Co-ordinating the day to day activities of the trade operatives and sub-contractors
• Liaising with customer service teams, supervisors and trades
• Schedule the work orders to process the repair requests on an internal system for individual engineers
You will need to have previous customer service or repair planning experience.
