MMP are currently working with a medium sized housing association who are recruiting for a Repairs Manager / Call Centre Manager to join the team and we really want to hear from you if you:

  • Have experience of managing a repairs service call centre and a Handy person team.
  • Can ensure delivery of an effective responsive repairs service to customers
  • Have experience of managing complaints procedures
  • Can demonstrate experience in implementing an effective pre and post inspection process for responsive repairs

My client are flexible enough to offer either a 7 Month FTC at £40,000 P/A or alternately a interim post for 7 Months at £30p/h.
