Rental Executive / Administrator
To ensure the effective and efficient hire of our vehicles to customers
My Client is looking to recruit a Rental Executive / Administrator for their very busy Commercial Fleet Rental business in Bristol.
Responsibilities of the Rental Executive / Administrator
The key duties of the post are as follows:
·To communicate with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction
·To correctly hire and off hire company vehicles.
·Liaise with workshops to assist in controlling repair costs.
·Develop our customer base through marketing and Telesales activities.
·Support Sales Personnel on customer visits if required.
·Be aware of Health and Safety compliance within the yard and rental areas.
·Assist in resolving customer/invoice queries
·Ensure high levels of service and customer satisfaction are met
Other Duties of the Rental Executive / Administrator:
·Support the Key Accounts team in customer reviews and issue resolution
·Liaise with other Managers so as to understand and support all aspects of the business.
