Rent Adjustment Administrator

An established provider of social housing in the West Midlands is looking for an Administrator with experience within Income Management to hit the ground running; to maximise income for the organisation and provide support within the rent adjustment team.

Key Duties:

? Creating new tenancies and dealing with account adjustments
? Providing administrative support to the Rent Adjustment team and using the system Northgate
? Dealing with check reconciliations and banking
? Adhoc administrative duties

Key Criteria:

? A background within within income management and/or revenues within social housing is essential
? Experience of providing administrative support to Housing and Income Officers is essential
? Knowledge and experience of the software Northgate is essential

The successful Rent Adjustment Administrator will be immediately available and understand the need to provide efficient administrative support to the Rent Adjustment team and internal and external third parties.
