The Opportunity

I am recruiting for a solid, experienced PHP Developer to work for this highly successful organisation that are a specialist domain name management company who help businesses manage their portfolio. They make the business of domain management secure, reliable and predictable.

Their head office is based in London, however they are looking for somebody to be the foundation of a development team here in South Wales. To start off with you will work fully remote which will then evolve to an office based role as you grow the team around you.

They offer a flexible and fun working environment where everyone is 'part of the team’. Offering a high level of responsibility, a varied role and the chance to play a significant role in the next phase of the project.

Skills / Experience

As an experienced PHP Developer, you will ideally have at least 2 years in a commercial environment in addition to the following:

  • MVC Framework knowledge, ideally CakePHP
  • HTML, CSS, JQuery, JSON, MySWL, Git
  • Knowledge of Test Driven Development, DNS or BIND
  • Understanding of Ruby on Rails and/or angular.js would be advantageous.
