Remortgage Trainer

Are you a remortgage expert looking for something a little bit different? Do you have training experience either in a formal or informal capacity? If so, this role should stand out. Joining a fast paced remortgage department, you will hold workshops and train fee earners on a variety remortgage matters.
This role would suit someone with a depth of experience in Remortgage work who is looking to take on a new challenge in their career. The Role:
-Joining a volume remortgage team, you will sit within the technical specialist team.
-You will run workshops and train fee earners and assistants on remortgage matters.
-You will also be on hand to offer support and guidance on an ad hoc basis.

The Candidate:
-in order to be considered, you must have considerable experience handling remortgage claims.
-It would be ideal if you had prior training experience however, those with the natural capabilities will also be considered.
-Taking on a training role, you must have excellent and adaptable communication skills.
-The role would suit a skilled remortgage file handler looking to take their career into a different direction.
