Location: Leeds (National Internet Leads Sales Centre)
This is a key role within our National Internet Leads Sales Centre. As part of our front line Internal Sales team you will act as the first point of contact with our customers. A strong sales focus will be required to ensure that we drive our private customer business with a hunger and desire to book surveys and small moves, ideally during your first contact with the customer. A team player is essential for this role. Command of Swedish or other Scandinavian language would be preferred.
Removal Bookings -Secure bookings for small moves and baggage shipments in line with agreed monthly targets through answering all telephone and internet requests in a timely manner
Survey bookings -Book survey appointments for UKINE Relocation Consultants with customers in line with agreed monthly targets and in a logical and orderly way
Added value -To promote and cross sell our Trusted Partners services in line with agreed monthly targets
Added value -To promote and cross sell Visa requests for Australia and New Zealand
Identify Opportunities -Identify Corporate opportunities and pass leads to relevant stakeholders for follow up
Brand Value - Demonstrate Crowns brand values to our external and internal customers in a professional manner
Administration - To provide support in the administration of paperwork, financial and associated information as and when required
Professional Skills & Qualifications
Swedish language or other Scandinavian language skills preferred
Sales experience in a business or telesales environment
Strong Customer Service focus
Ability to work well in a team
Able to work to time deadlines and targets
