Creative Support is a not-for-profit organisation which provides high quality person-centred social care services for adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs and other support needs. We are very excited to be expanding our service provision in Stockport, and are currently recruiting within our new supported living services across the area.
We’re looking for enthusiastic, resourceful and energetic individuals who are well motivated, hardworking and keen to join our friendly team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a new service where you will be able to contribute to the shaping of a brand new team. You will provide person-centred support to tenants to take part in all aspects of everyday life and to engage and participate with their local communities.
Previous experience is essential. You will receive a full local and corporate induction.
This is a relief position which enables you to pick up shifts at a time that suits you, and is ideal for fitting around personal commitments, study or caring responsibilities. The flexible shift pattern includes evenings, weekends and sleep-ins. Experience of supporting people with Autism and epilepsy desired. Drivers required. Vacancies for male and female staff. Staff complete all domestic tasks.
Interest in working with younger adults who enjoy online gaming desirable. Drivers not required. Vacancies for male and female staff. Light domestic duties included.
Interest in working with older people desirable. Drivers not required. Vacancies for male and female staff. Light domestic duties included.
Experience of supporting people with dementia desired. Drivers not required. Vacancies for female only staff. Light domestic duties included.
Experience of supporting people with epilepsy, hoists and PEG feeding desirable. Calm but assertive staff required. Drivers required. Sleep-ins require female only staff, double cover can be male or female staff. Staff complete all domestic tasks.
Experience of supporting people with Dysphagia desirable. Ability to communicate well through body language and to share jokes with tenants essential. Drivers required as tenants enjoy activities. Vacancies for male and female staff. Moderate domestic duties required.
