We have an exciting opportunity available for Relief Support Workers to join our team in Stalbridge in helping to enhance the lives of people with a learning disability. You will be supporting people in their own homes and in all aspects of their lives.

Working times will be on a rota basis with shifts spread across the weekdays, weekends and bank holidays and will include mornings, afternoons, evenings and sleep ins, however the benefit of being a relief support worker is that you can choose the shifts to suit you.

The role of a Support Worker is challenging, varied and rewarding. You will enable the people we support to achieve their goals and ambitions. Duties will include providing support with cooking or preparing meals, managing finances, personal care, attending health appointments or going out into the community.

You don't need a CV full of qualifications but you will be a self motivated and dedicated person with a fun and imaginative approach who can support someone with complex and challenging needs and behaviours. It is essential that you hold a full UK driving license and have a car that you will be willing to use for work
