Would you like to finish work each day knowing you have made a difference?

We are looking for compassionate, keen and caring individuals to join our team of Relief Support Workers to support a number of individuals in Southampton.

Predominantly covering services in Southampton, you will find that the people that we support are very different and you will quickly discover that each of the people that we support are individuals with an entirely different set of great qualities, interests and passions.

You could be supporting a gentleman who is a real chatterbox with passion for art - so talented that we even have some of his art on display in our office, So if you like Art there's a definite conversation starter!

Or you might be supporting a gentleman who has his own mobility car, and needs a confident driver to drive him around. He's very sociable and loves being out in the community and going out on day trips.

Finally, we have two lovely ladies who really like a lot of interaction - one with complex needs, so you will need to be comfortable when it comes to manual handling, and assisting with a wheelchair, and the other who has epilepsy and is nonverbal, but you will soon find out that she's great at communicating what she wants and how she's feeling.

It's really important that you are comfortable when it comes to providing personal care for these two ladies.

If you would like to work with some of these people that we support on a relief basis, helping them to live life to their fullest then please apply and tell us why you would be a fantastic match.
