Would you like to finish work each day knowing that you have made a difference?

We are currently looking to expand our team of dedicated relief support workers who are based in Borehamwood and are supporting adults who have a learning disability.

You will be responsible for the day to day livelihood of these individuals and will help with medication, finances and daily living tasks. Another big part of being a support worker is being a big part of the fun! Some activities include baking, knitting, fundraising and karaoke.

The people we support have created profiles about what they want from their support worker, please have a look at this on the additional details tab.

If you are looking for a job where you have the flexibility to choose when to work, then this is the role for you. As a Relief Support Worker you will be working as and when required. This means you won't be contracted to any set of hours but will be able to work more or less hours depending on the hours being offered to you and your availability.

You do not need to have experience but it is essential that you share our values. As long as you have a positive attitude and want to improve the lives of those with a learning disability, we will support you with progression opportunities throughout your career with us.
