Our client's establishment dates back over 400 years and was converted to a public house back in 1984. Recently and for the first time, the first floor of this lovely manor has been converted into comfortable en-suite bedrooms, full of character. All of the food is freshly prepared and locally sourced.
Our client is looking for a relief chef for a two week period to cover holiday, there is a possibility that the right candidate could be taken on full time as they are looking for a permanent head chef - with the option to live in.
No more than 40 covers, working in a 2 man team.

20th October - 5th November 12-3pm & 6-9pm Sundays 11-5.30pm
Wage negotiable depending on experience.
