Perhaps you’re looking for a job offering hours that fit in with your other commitments. Or you might just be a caring person who’s used to helping others and wants to turn that experience into a career. Whatever the reason, if you're looking for the opportunity to make the most of your cheerful personality and excellent social, caring and life skills, The Fremantle Trust has some good news for you.

Established since 1992, we’re an award winning charity and not-for-profit organisation that provides first class care and support for older people and adults with learning disabilities. Today, we have 1,800 staff supporting over 2,000 residents at 58 services across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Berkshire, Hertfordshire, Milton Keynes and North London. And, right now, we’re looking for Relief Care Workers to join our team at Farnham Common House, a specialist residential care home for people living with dementia.

Built in 2004, Farnham Common House provides high levels of personal care, including specialist care in dementia, to 50 residents. The home encourages residents to participate as much as possible in the varied, stimulating and interesting activities we organise. And, we want you to help us enable our residents to lead fuller and more meaningful lives. Assisting with their personal care needs; serving meals; involving them in activities and going on individual and group outings and day trips - all are part and parcel of the role of a Care Worker.

You don’t need to have worked in care before to join us and in return we’ll provide you with the training and support you need. You’ll receive competitive rates of pay and a generous pro rata holiday entitlement too. All we ask is that you are compassionate, empathetic and engaging, enjoy helping others and would like to provide respectful, high-quality support and care to our elderly residents.

If that sounds like the kind of good news you're looking for, why not get in touch? You can find out more by visiting
