Reliability Engineer

Reliability Engineer responsibilities include -

• Leading reliability reviews across product design, manufacturing, and customer applications.
• Driving root cause investigations and 8D reporting for reliability and field performance issues.
• Managing FMEA and FRACAS processes to identify risks and embed lessons learned.
• Coordinating cross-functional actions with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.
• Developing and tracking reliability metrics, reporting on risks, actions, and closure status.
• Engaging with customers through reports, presentations, and on-site technical meetings.
• Supporting design and NPI activities with reliability data and service experience feedback.

Reliability Engineer desirable skills and experience -

• Experience working within a similar role (Mechanical Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer etc).
• Proven background in root cause analysis, 8D methodology, FMEA and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and data-driven failure analysis.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with customers and cross-functional teams.
