A large global and well-known business is looking for an experienced Release Manager to join its team in central London. This role will be based from offices in the Westminster/Victoria area.
The Software Release Manager will be responsible for:
-Managing software release cycles and identifying monthly changes
- Ensuring change is catalogued using ITIL methods
-Publishing release information using Aha, JIRA and Confluence
-Automating where possible using Agile, Kanban and release based techniques
-Manage and improve release quality (continuous improvement)
-Manage online releases across all channels
-Chair and manage planning sessions
-Put in place metrics to measure improvement process
-Manage release reporting and budgets
This Release Manager role is paying a starting salary of up to £65,000 plus benefits and you will be working with a well-known and reputable brand.
To be considered suitable you will have significant experience as a Release Manager / Software Release Engineer, along with the following:
-Strong Agile experience (ideally including Scrum / Kanban)
-ITIL release management knowledge
- Testing and implementation background
-JIRA and Confluence skills
