Client Summary: Our client is a highly successful and rapidly growing Peer to Peer lender with nationwide coverage who finances SME’s and property investors and developers to help them grow. Their expansion plans include having a nationwide Relationship Director population of 80 FTE in the near future.
Role Summary: You will be responsible for originating and executing loans for SME’s and property professionals (typically <£9m) within your allocated region either directly of via brokers, professionals or other financial intermediaries. You will be given extensive marketing and execution support to allow you to be continuously originating new business plus access to a state of the art deal platform and CRM systems. In this modern environment decisions are made quickly including having a fast and flexible credit process - big bank bureaucracy, red tape and politics are non-existent.
You Will Need: You will need to be an experienced commercial or corporate banker or lender with strong relationship, business development and credit risk skills who has an extensive track record of lending to SME’s and / or property developers and investors with an existing and substantial business introducer base. This is a work from home peripatetic position where discipline and motivation is required and all the necessary remote technology is therefore supplied.
How You Will Be Rewarded: This is an opportunity to be part of something that is stable, exciting and growing. You will receive a base salary of up to £70k PA, a car allowance of £5k PA and an uncapped, very generous and transparent bonus scheme that is paid quarterly.
