Aon is currently recruiting a Director to join its Solutions team in Aon Inpoint in London, UK. The Solutions team provides strategy consulting and advisory services to Aon Inpoint’s clients, which include many of the most prestigious companies in Global Property and Casualty insurance.


We help our clients to navigate a fast-changing market environment to drive profitable and sustainable growth and business results. We have privileged access to Aon’s proprietary data and the knowledge of its global network of insurance industry experts to derive unique and compelling insights into the sources of competitive advantage in our industry. Most importantly we help our clients to turn insights into practical actions and then into tangible returns.


You will join the team as a Director.  Your role will involve building strong and sustainable relationships with C-Suite client executives, leading the delivery of a range of advisory services to clients, managing project teams to complete strategic initiatives and taking responsibility for critical business functions. 


As part of the London team, you will be based in the historic centre of the insurance world working with the most prestigious global players in helping them define their future. Created in 2008, our Aon Inpoint has grown year on year to operate today with more than 300 people based in our offices in London, New York, Chicago, Miami, Singapore, Sydney, Dublin, Toronto and Rotterdam. Our London team is dynamic, international and enjoys close proximity to its client base in the City.

About the Role

Your key responsibilities will involve;


Engage with clients to identify their strategic needs and priorities and develop potential solutions.

Retain and build existing client relationships as well as actively seek new relationships and business development opportunities.

Lead business development activities and collaborate with colleagues in the identification and creation of new sales opportunities.

Structure and plan complex initiatives and identify and secure required resources.

Oversee and deliver multiple projects and strategic initiatives within agreed timeframes and to budget.
