Reinstatement Estimator

Our client is a reputable reinstatement company. Due to continued expansion plans; they are seeking an experienced Estimator with overall good commercial skills to strengthen their team.

Key Essentials:

* You will be required to tender on utility and general reinstatement projects with values ranging from £25k - £500k

* Your role will involve organising appropriate tender enquiries from key clients in the industry

* You will be responsible for administrating correspondence and tender documents

* When preparing tenders you will be responsible for all build ups and take off's taking into consideration of all plant, transport and labour, outputs and programme of works

* You should have a good understanding of estimating processes and tender buying

* Your role will involve the handover of tender files to the project team

* You will be responsible for investigating cost effective and / or alternative solutions

Requirements:

* You should be qualified to HNC level (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering or have relevant Reinstatement / Utility Estimating experience

* You should have had previous experience working as an Estimator for a Reinstatement or Utility company

* You should have a good knowledge of Estimating Processes and Tender Buying

* You should possess excellent I.T skills in Microsoft Office Packages

* This is an excellent position that offers up to £50k + Package
