JOB TITLE: Regulatory Lawyer
PQE REQUIRED: 3+ years

This challenging role will see the appointed Regulatory Lawyer oversee fitness to practise investigations carried out by junior lawyers and paralegals. Through directing the investigation and carrying out your own examinations of complex aspects of reports you will work closely with the team to ensure the cases are prepared for hearing. Following your investigations you will provide advocacy at all stages of hearing. This is a maternity cover role commencing at short notice and running for a minimum of 9 months, with possible extension.
The regulator would like to speak to you if you are a qualified solicitor or barrister who is able to demonstrate exceptional advocacy skills. Prior experience of carrying out regulatory, litigation or criminal investigations is essential, as is a proven ability to effectively manage a busy team.
